The new work calendar for next year 2021 is now available.
According to article 34.6 of the Workers’ Statute, companies are obliged to display a copy of it in a visible place in each workplace.
Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a minor infraction (Article 6 Royal Legislative Decree 5/2000, of August 4, which approves the revised text of the Law on Infractions and Sanctions in the Social Order) punishable by a fine of 60 to 625 euros (article 40.1.a, of the same legal text).
