The San Cibrao Business Park Association has launched a new edition of its Integrated Employment Program 2025-2026, aimed at unemployed individuals registered as job seekers. The initiative combines training, personalized career guidance, and company internships to enhance employability.
The program features individual employment plans, coaching sessions, workshops on entrepreneurship and mobility, and networking activities with local companies. Participants will receive a €10 daily attendance allowance, flexible schedules for work-life balance, and a tablet reward for top performers.
Training for the real world
Courses include Artificial Intelligence, ChatGPT, Big Data, Robotics, Cybersecurity, and Digital Skills, as well as MIG/TIG welding, administration, accounting, warehouse management, and professional licenses such as forklift, crane, and elevated platform operation.
Pathway to employment
Participants will have access to internships, employment forums, and job opportunity bulletins. The program aims for a 45% employment placement rate, reaffirming its success as one of the most effective employment initiatives in Ourense.
