The Official Gazette of Galicia (DOG) has published several orders from the Xunta de Galicia activating an important package of grants aimed at companies, self-employed workers and social economy entities in 2026.
These calls reinforce three strategic pillars of the Galician productive fabric:
✔ workplace equality,
✔ work-life balance and organisational flexibility,
✔ and social economy entrepreneurship.
The different programmes may be applied for through the Electronic Headquarters of the Xunta de Galicia, entering the corresponding procedure code.
🔹 Grants for workplace equality and work-life balance (TR357C, TR357D and TR357B)
The published order promotes the implementation of equality plans, teleworking measures, flexible working hours and corporate social responsibility certifications.
It includes:
Line I – Equality Plans (TR357C)
Up to 80% of eligible costs for:
- Gender diagnosis
- Preparation of the equality plan
- Implementation of measures
- Hiring of an equality expert (up to €12,000)
Line II – Work-life balance (TR357D)
- €2,000 per employee in telework
- €8,000 for the implementation of flexible working hours
- 80% of the investment in technological equipment for telework
Line III – CSR Certifications (TR357B)
- 80% of the cost of the certification process
- Maximum €2,000 per company
These measures aim to improve business competitiveness through more modern, sustainable and inclusive organisational models.
🔹 Promotion of social economy entrepreneurship – Aprol Programme (TR802G and TR802J)
Although in a different field, the order for grants promoting entrepreneurship in the social economy (Aprol–Social Economy Programme) has also been published, complementing employment and equality policies.
1️⃣ Promotion of employment in cooperatives and worker-owned companies (TR802G)
Objective: to encourage the incorporation of worker-members in cooperatives or worker-owned companies.
- €6,000 per full-time permanent incorporation
- 25% cumulative increase for certain groups
- €600 per month for young worker-members on trial (between 6 and 12 months)
- Maximum €67,500 per entity
2️⃣ Access to worker-member status (TR802J)
Objective: to facilitate access to membership through financing of capital contributions.
- Up to €6,000 per beneficiary
📅 Application period: from March 2 (9:00) to September 16, 2026 (20:00) or until budget exhaustion.
