In 1979, the Polígono San Cibrao Entrepreneurs Association was born under the name of the Association of Plot Owners of the Polígono Industrial de San Cibrao das Viñas, with the main purpose of defending the common and general interests of the businessmen located in this polygon.

At the beginning, it was set up through a small group of parcel owners who sought the support of the Administration and the achievement of basic services and infrastructures necessary to promote the development of this industrial zone. The offices were located in premises in the Plaza Paz Novoa, and the Uteco meeting room was used as a function room and meeting room.

In 1983 the association moved to the Polígono San Cibrao and settled in the premises of the Savings Bank, offering services such as the tobacconist, the post office, cafeteria and security.
