The City of Transport, located in the San Cibrao Industrial Estate, is a secure and gated area that will host the future intermodal terminal, designed as a strategic logistics hub combining road and rail transport.

It covers a total area of approximately 350,000 square metres, of which more than 125,000 square metres are allocated to 19 plots for companies operating in the logistics and transport sector.

The City of Transport offers shared services already in operation, including electricity supply, public lighting, video surveillance, telephone and telecommunications networks, water supply, sewage and stormwater systems, fire protection infrastructure, private security, and a dedicated truck parking area, providing safe and organised parking for heavy vehicles.

Its prime location makes it especially attractive for companies with a high volume of goods reception and distribution, both by road and rail, looking to establish themselves in the industrial area of San Cibrao das Viñas.
